With combined powers magser and I managed to download, convert and upload the first part of Jared's ten interview .

The converted part (wmv) was really squary so I tried the avi convertion which is watchable.

But then there's the flv file which has perfect quality, but you ned a FLV player to see it. The player is free for download on the net here for example.
